Once you're finished, mark the topics as Done.
The usual operations on emails like Reply, Archive, Delete, and Mark as Read are also supported.

Reply to emails under a topic
Hit the button Reply, or Reply All to reply to participants in the conversation.
Expand email view
Hit the Open in window button to view a received email in a fully featured Outlook window.

- Do you process my emails in your servers?
When you click the "Summarize" button, your emails are securely sent to MailBriefly's servers. This step is necessary for MailBriefly to provide you with a seamless and user-friendly experience. To make this possible, we use our own OpenAI and Claude tokens, which are securely stored in MailBriefly's servers.
- Do you store my emails in your servers?
MailBriefly will not persist, cache, or log any information or meta-information contained in your emails.
- How do I keep the add-in from disappearing?
On the MailBriefly add-in tab, click the Pin Tab button.
